Any MIM Standard built in the last few years would be "medium jumbo" frets ( middlin' size ), 9.5 inch radius ( a middlin' curvature board ), 1.65 nut width, with a 1 + 3/8ths string array at the neck.

I don't have the thicknesses handy on the gentle "C" neck curvature, but it is thicker than an American Series or American Standard guitar, and it is about the same as a Highway One or MIM Nashville Deluxe neck, or a smidge smaller. Maybe .800 tapering up to a .840, but that's just a guess.

The tuner bore should be about 10 mm.

25.5 scale, of course.
