Advice Needed on Multi-ply Binding
As previously posted, next project is (yet) another Thinline - maple clear-finish body with mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard this time. SD Vintage P90 in the neck and trying an SD Jerry Donahue in the bridge. I'm hoping that the mahogany neck and darker neck pickup will balance the brightness of the maple body.
Top edge will have multi-ply (wbw or wbwbw) binding. Just wondering if anybody done this and can they advise what sizes of binding I need to be ordering from StewMac so that it is similar in appearance to that on a Gibson? RN |
