My New Tele!
Hey all, here's my new tele! It's an Allparts body, USA Custom Neck, Wilkinson bridge, Seymour Duncan Broadcaster bridge pickup.
I have it wired as an Esquire right now. I'm getting a tortise Esquire pickguard made for it. Johnny Isaacs ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Cool guitar dude, congratulations.
But I would leave the Black guard, Tortoise shell on a natural finish body doesn't look good to me (I should talk, my own tele has a natural finish and a tortoise shell guard, but then again my own tele has a fancy stiped top inlay)

Thanks for the nice comments.
Okay here's the scoop:
The neck was reshaped by the previous owner. It's a club. It's got a really thick headstock and jumbo frets stuck in that beautiful fat rosewood board. The guitar was finished locally (San Antonio). I really like the SD Broadcaster pickup in it. When I bought it, the previous owner had a Fender 'bucker in the neck and some 60's tele bridge pickup in it. I told the guy who I bought it from that I just wanted the neck and body 'cause I had my own parts. I got into it for a great price. I'm normally a maple neck kinda guy, but this one is really snappy. I think I've gotten to the point where I'm gonna sound like me on 90% of all the guitars I pickup anyway. I'm really happy with it. I can see this as a main giggin' axe here in the near future. My band is finally going to start playing out after the first of the year after the long search for a great drummer. Like I said before, I'll have a tortise Esquire guard on it Saturday. In the future, I'd really like to get a Lollar (or equivalant) Charlie Christian Neck pickup in it. Until then - it's my new Esquire! Thanks again! Johnny Isaacs

Man I'd love to get another bender ~ and one would be great in this one!
Really if I was going to get another bender, I'd get Reid's. Man that's a beauty. Johnny Isaacs
