I've been "here" since "here" was the TDP. I signed up back in the Noam days. (I think it was 1998).

I hung around back in those days, but didn't really post or get to know anybody.
I played some bluegrass jobs with Noam back then. We never even talked about Telecasters. Haven't seen him in years, but do have a recent photo of him.

I just got here. Nice to meet everyone. I think, like most newbies, have been reading threads here for quite a while but never signed up.
But I'm here now, if only I could think of something to write about.... |

Long, long time
I started hanging out on the TDP before Noam took over. This would be around 1996 or 1997. Fuzzy, of course, was already there, as was Mike Rice.

Long timer too, pre-Noam wasn't Ken Goldstein (or a similar name, sorry, brain fart) the guy who started it all? I remember back then, not only was there a TDP, but also a TAP (Telecaster Appreciation page). I looked on the internet archive, but can't find the snapshot of the old www.tdp.com anyone got it saved?
