I don't have the actual chart, but according to Duchossoir's "Bible" the color choices in 1989 were:

Black(506)
Brown Sunburst(532)
Vintage White(541)
Gun Metal Blue(568)
Crimson Metallic(525)
Midnight Blue(573)
Midnight Wine(575)
Frost Red(577)

My Tele is a 90'. I found a sticker in the neck pup pocket that said 7/90? The color must be Gun Metal Blue(568). The neck serial # is E 90 so it must be a Transition year?..I'm trying to post a pick of it...

I don't think I've ever seen that color. A picture would be nice.

Except for Crimson Metallic (only 88/89) all the other colors were available in 1990 as well.

You need some books ...

This is a very hard color to get a good pic!.....I have taken many pics in many different light situations and none of them do justice to the color!...

I know - metallic colors are very hard to get right in a picture becase they reflect the surroundings and light conditions to a larger degree than "straight" colors.

Still interesting to see a Tele color I haven't seen before (I think).
