Some of them will twist , warp or whatever , very few , but you will read about it on the internet !
The pile of crap I have been sent from various places during the last few years is rather big , but it wont grow any bigger!
Some parts suppliers from the US have managed to screw up every single part of a delivery , completely wrong parts etc. I have even done new projects because of some of the wrong parts , all because of the cost of shipping them back ......I dont care what some parts-supplier tells people about storing/installing necks , there are a lot more trustworthy people around on this site anyway....The necks were replaced in the end , end of story !
I have never even had an answer by e-mail the times I have been sent wrong or damaged parts....
So the ends justify the means...and customer service is irrelevant as long as you get your parts within what..a few months...and you get blamed for it to boot..hey his necks are on the way..no harm no foul? WRONG...run a business like that and watch it slip right down that slope into ruin...Reputation and perception of a company is priceless. Keep buying from companies that give you shoddy service and you deserve shoddy service.

On second thoughts , I can see that it looks like Im backing up MM as a company and think they have done everything they could in this case....
IM NOT !
I guess Im defending the product they sell , and only point out that a lot of this BS is happening all over the place
Thats what I tried to explain : If you ant a decent neck for not much money , buy from a guy like MJW like I do.......Its probably the best way to protect yourself from something like this.

Dont sound like neck/body builders..sounds like an importer. What the hell do we expect from that really? Any quality issues I guess should be brought up to some factory that I doubt Jeff from MM has ever set foot in.
Well put CfS.

OK
How about we let this rest until I receive the necks
I don't want to cause any more trouble/hard feelings/rules violations here
This place is too important to me
