Looks like they got the pickguard idea from the Snakehead. Not sure that's such a good thing.

Kinda reminiscent of standard sg pickguards though.

I bought my tex-mex tele special from guitarsandeffects.com. Nice guy, no haggle pricing is his thing, price listed is what you pay or walk away. He's always got a good inventory too.

I really like the CS twist on the proto snakehead. The grain is really cool and the relic job isn't overdone.
