Got my first Tele.....
and I love it. It was unintended and a surprise. I built an amp for a guy, using his parts, and he said he would pay me for my time. Got it finished and he loved it.
It's got a SD in the bridge position, not what I expected from a tele bridge PU. Nice and thick and very clear sounding through my 5E3. I wish I new which one it is. I would like to find a good neck PU to go with it. The one in the neck sounds kind of muddy. BL |

Way to go!!
However you have already broken one imporant rule of this forum. You haven't posted any pics of the guitar. This does go on your permanent record you know and is held in your file until you right this wrong!! Let's see some pictures. Please.

Sorry it took so long.......I was ...a...hiding out ....yea,thats it....I was on the run ..from the law....thats it, thats the ticket.
![]() As you can see the guitar started life black, the previous relieved the back and top of the lower bout. ala-Strat. Said he just got tied of sanding so he left it black and natural. I think it looks kind of cool. Blind Lemon? I'm a Blues fan. BL Last edited by Blind Lemon; April 17th, 2008 at 11:51 AM. |

That is a nice look with the contrast colors, Blind Lemon. It's great to have another blues lover in the house.
