What should I expect to pay for an 83 USA made Tele. not a reissue, a top loader in good condition?

$450-500 tops. I'd want to have about 350 in it.

There's a black one on EBAY, THE GUY HAS A BUY IT NOW OF $1995 ???

Some folks get on the wrong side of that equation. They think that the last USA years of CBS production are worth something. It's the first years upon the return to US production that have more value.
