Oh man! I wish I'd thought of that first. I love the randomness, and the contrast of the different wood chips. Don't do nothing but put some clear on it. For future OSB ideas you could use sanded underlayment. Way smooth, and differnt glue-up, resulting in an almost ready-to-finish surface.

Ya got's to have a mullet to show up in public with this rig! Right on!

That has to have a natural finish .......or at least a transparant finish ........ maybe Butterscotch.........otherwise you lose the effect. I'm suprised there hasn't been a discussion of suggested pickguard colors. And no ............ you shouldn't go without a pickguard because of the beautiful grain.

I'm really thinking Butterscotch with a black guard.
