Tele Studio Guitar Project

Hi All:

I'm planning on building a tele for recording in my home studio.

My initial plan is to combine a 62 reissue neck with a 2008 Nitro American tele body, add kinman 60's PUPs and wiring and use a modern (2000) era bridge.

Appreciate any advice. Specifically on the feasibility of matching the 62 reissue neck with the 2008 body.

are they both Fender products? is the neck already drilled? neck alignment and proper screw-hole matchups body-to-neck would be my first concern.

I'm planning on using a pre-drilled Fender 2008 (new) body and a (new) Fender pre-drilled 62 reissue neck.
