Preamp question...

I've been kicking around the idea of installing a preamp in my partscaster Tele, perhaps something similar to the preamp in the Andy Summers custom shop guitar. I've done some internet detective work but would like some input from yinz guys if ya don't mind.
My partscaster has an SD five-two in the bridge and an SD '59 antiquity 'bucker at the neck.
Thanks in advance!

GuitarFetish has some preamps. Another option would be an EMG preamp, which is fairly inexpensive and makes it feasible to use their well-regarded active tone controls.

Thanks for the reply.
The EMG PA-2 looks interesting.
Nice tidy little package too.
