Limited Edition Telecaster Deluxe??

Does anyone know anything about a limited edition telecaste deluxe? I overheard someone talking about one at the guitar shop the other day and was wondering about what they're talking about?

I had one that was an FSR from GC. It was Arctic White with a black pickguard, looked awesome. Sold it in a moment of stupidity. It played great out of the box and this one didn't have any of the QC issues that these guitars are known to have.

I saw an aged cherry sunburst deluxe with all gold hardware last Saturday at Sam Ash - could have been the most beautiful guitar I've seen. Could that have been the 'limited edition'? $1270 and then 20% off. It was very hard to put the GAS brakes on.

VW, it's always hard to put the gas brakes on. LOL. No that's not it. There is no gold tuners. I'll look into it further. I think the color they mentioned was a tan/green mix. I'll find out tomorrow.
My buddy just called and he was there tonight and took down some info. I got it from him but I don't know what to do with it?
The serial # MZ7122706 It has the Fender "F" on the back of the tuners. The humbuckers have "Fender" written on them. That's all that he could find out about it because the owner wasn't in and the other dude didn't know a thing about it.
