I bought this '67 around '72.

when you get right down to the nitty-gritty, all of the others I have are superfluous.

This is THE one!

Warmoth 1 pc. Ash/ReRanch Butterscotch Blonde. I hadn't even scraped the lacquer off the frets yet when I took this picture. I have to get some better pictures one of these days.

Brent Mason would be proud, but a concentric pot would have kept it looking what is is Fauxing..

Just the Faux

I apologize for being opinionated about it. but why would you put that 3rd pot on that thing?? It seems to be out of sorts with a guy who's amp looks so retro. ;) [I am fun-nin with you]

Sweet flame o that Neck!!

Well Rob, that's all cool 'cuz my Don Mare pickup arrived and now all is "correct" (switch tip, knobs, caps, resistor, wiring everything is "right")
The EMG setup was temporary to see what it sounds like for my project to change my 72 Deluxe RI into a 72 Custom RI.

Phew, that was a close one.

My 1955-ish partscaster. I started a thread for it yesterday, but I reckon it fits here, too.

Dog, not nly does it count, it's awesome. Is that a Precision or Tele-bass? I can't recall one from the other. It was a long time ago that a guy in my band
had one of those.

Kinda close in color, I'd say:

The build has got a bridge Keystone wired right to the jack now, plays just fine
li kat.

See this lil '66? Now this is what relic'n should look like; this is natural honest yecch I put there by a-playin' it.

It's the "Zep-O-Tone Graf Airship One" (Zeppelin I studio sound). I preferred the highs on it to the Yardboy. Call Don and he'll play them over the phone for you.

The esquire "dark position" on the switch (the cap position) is great for ZZ Top sounds too! Mucho Happy.

Thanks, it's just my summertime hobby. It's good to see things grow :-) Actually it's an open air lavatory worth 10000 bucks for my dog!

These guys are taking care of it nowadays:

They're protected so there's no way get rid of them.

Here's a Musikraft body I bought on ebay:

She's being built now by a local luthier. Glendale bridge, Baja Tele neck, GFS 50's bridge pu and Callaham Esquire wired control plate and domed knobs. Only question is: what color pickguard?

oh ok, thanks alot for the reply. i was going to buy a set of graf airships for a 60's classic tele in white

do you find they really give the led zeppelin tone (minus Sola Sound Tonebender, Supro, Wah, Toploaded with neck pickup tele)?

i don't live in the US so i can't call otherwise it'd cost a bomb!
