Titanium string saddles

This company makes titanium string saddles:

http://www.k-t-s.com/english/products.html

They claim titanium gets more sustain, clearer tone, and more tonal response. Are their claims true?

Wow....how could you even read the words on that website? Good grief, what horrible font they chose. I took one look at that and thought, "This has to be a Japanese company".......sure enough, I check their contact information and they are indeed in Japan.....although it took me a few minutes to figure it out.

Titanium saddles? I dunno. I'd give it a shot if someone gave me some free ones. But I've been satisified with brass for years. I guess it's the whole "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality.

They used that font to hide the poor language use.

From the website:

"It faces in the string direction, and it is the product which adjusted a saddle obliquely to improve the octave tuning function for which to be the weak point of the bridge of the 3pcs specification.A sense of stability improves for the chord performance in the high position. It can be attached to Telecaster(R) of the model U.S.A. which attaches the bridge of 3pcs as well. An acceptable Noh play doesn't cast a groove limit of the string."

'Gotta love those literal translations!
(They're even funnier when Google page translator is used!)

My experience with Titanium saddles has been nothing but positive. Bell-like sustain and ultra clarity of notes. Aset of the K-T-S saddles is going on my new Telly build.

Then I bought a Glendale Bridge with Titanium saddles for my Esquire WOW again!!!...

Then I bought a set of Glendale bridge with Titanium saddles on my 1983 Top Loader D & G B & High E and "Aluminum" Saddle for the low E and A for my 83 Fender top loader, Dale said the aluminum is the best for the low E and A he was right!!!...

Dale made me a Top Loader Bridge out of a Vintage String Through Bridge

Yes, our company KTS is Japanese manufacturer. Thank you for talking about our Titanium products. And please excuse our poor language and horrible font in our English site. We will do our best to improve our English ability in order to make our English site easy to understand for many foreign people who love guitars.

Welcome Fujiyama Geisha (Sensi ?),

Thank you so much for being responsive to the needs of your English speaking customers. If you were to double the size of your font in your advertisement , it would be much eraser to read. My niece teaches English in Kobe, so I do understand the problems with cultural and language translation. If it would be any help, I will ask around and see if I can find a guitar player who is fluent in both English and Japanese to offer suggestions on the translation. It is very nice to have another manufacturer who is willing to communicate with the customers.

I do not see your truss rods listed in any of your US distributors web pages. Is it not being imported? Or is it just not listed?

Thank you
Celeste

Thank you for your kind advices. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
About the truss rods, we just started supplying them to some guitar builders in Europe. Our US distributors do not carry them at this moment.

Thank you Fujiyama Geisha for youre attentiveness. its great to see that you follow up the response to youre products, especialy when its not directly to youre company. Tele-wise, this would have to be the best R&D site on the web. Now if only Gibson (and others) could run their company this way...

not to quibble, but many of us English-speakers aren't always so hot on grammar, spelling and punctuation!
