I am getting a new neck for a Zion Tele. All of my G&L's have 1 5/8" neck width and Dunlop 6100's (medium jumbo).

How much difference will there be with a 1 11/16" width and 6105 frets?

Shape will be the same...thin C.

I'm not sure about the fret size difference, but the nut will definitely be 1/16" wider.
