Old .05 Orange Drop

Just found this cap in my drawer---probably from the '70's. It is 200v and has a black stripe on one end. Is this stripe showing polarity? If so, when installed , would the tone control connection be considered ground or the vol. control connection? Thanks!

If you haven't done so already, I think you're safe to hook it up. In spite of the stripe, I don't think those have a polarity. So, find your favorite wiring scheme and go for it.
