SIT
It's funny...I'm so un-picky about strings.
For 25 years, I've been using whatever's cheapest. But the only set of strings I ever bought that would NOT stay in tune were SITs. |

About SIT
"SIT not STI"
I read on another forum once, that SIT should have an 'H' in the real spelling, but many others swore by them. I tried them and my first impression was negative. They seemed kind of bright and unstable when 1st put on, but then they settled down after some playing and they were pretty good. I normally use Fender 150's, but SIT's were as good and maybe lasted longer. |
