Replacement neck for '69 RI thinline

Hey all:

I have a very cool '69 RI tele thinline. Love the feel of the neck except for the thin, low frets. My guess is a replacement neck might be cheaper than a refret.

Question is, who sells one that feels like the original only has medium jumbo type frets? Does any other MIM model use a similar profile/radius neck with larger frets?
