Identifying a speaker

So I managed to find a pair of these massive, old studio monitors yesterday. I'd like to potentially use them in a project but I only want the 12" speakers. Can anyone help me identify them? I mostly need to know the impedence and power rating to see if they'll be a good fit.

I'm thinking that in PWF-12188, 12 means 12 inch cone. Not sure about the rest.

The monitor says Linear Phase 8812

240 Watts
8ohms

I had thought maybe the 12, 4, and 1 inch speakers were wired in a way so that they final result was 8ohms and 240 watts.... not just the 12"
