Toggle and sd wiring

Hi Im buisy putting the jimmy page wiring in my guitar. I have 2 problems.

First is , I know where to put the green, black, red and bare wires from my duncam jb, but there is also a white wire coming from it. what do I do with this one ?

Secondly , The 3way gibson style toggle I have has 2 prongs at the top, the diagram only shows one connection, what do I do here.(see pictures below) Thanks all.

The Red & White wires get soldered together on the push-pull switches, just like the diagram shows.

I would say that the 2 terminals on the top of your switch as you're holding it in the pic are the 2 that get connected together as the output of the switch. It's hard for me to tell on my phone what's happening on the other side of that switch. Can you take any more pics that show the metal contacts & the solder terminals? Since the contacts are all exposed, you can see which solder terminals are connected to which switch contacts & figure out which is which.

Bend those two prongs so they touch and solder them together. That's your output. Without them soldered together you're only sending output from one pickup to your jack.
