Middle pickup, only through a push-pull pot?

Hi
I've got an MIM tele with a four way mod. What i want to do is add a middle pickup (probably some kinda lipstick pup). I dont rlly want to get involved in a five way switch but i can't find a diagram for how to wire it with a push-pull pot. any help?

Thanks
Iz

easy one

Just wire the p/p switch terminals like this:

__Pot/SHAFT end___
X A
X B
X X

A- will be the middle pickup positive wire.
B -would be a added wire to the volume pot terminal ( same one that has the wire from your selector switch)

X left empty.

When you pull the knob UP, the middle will be added to whatever you have going with the selector switch.
