I need an Esquire style wiring diagram for a TV Jones

I'm wiring and setting up a tele mod for a friend of mine. I need the wiring diagram for a guitar with 1 TV Jones pup, 1 volume, 1 tone, and a 3 way tele switch. Preferably with the cocked wah sound, but anything will do. I've found several diagrams but none of them seem to be getting what I want.

Thanks for the help.

Take a look at this thread...

A TV Jones is really just like any Tele pickup, with a single hot lead and a ground lead coming out of the casing.
