Brass saddles?

If everyone seems to like the vintage brass saddles better than the modern ones, why does fender keep making them the way they are instead of with the vintage bridges?

There are various models at all of the price points with the vintage styled bridges. The American Series and Mexican Standards are aimed at the mass market consumer who wants a guitar that sounds nice and intonates without a lot of hassle.

If you want a three barrel bridge, you can get:

'52 RI
'50's Telecaster
'62 RI
'60's Telecaster
Lite Ash Telecaster
Muddy Waters Telecaster
Highway 1
Texas Telecaster
'69 Thinline
'72 Custom

If you can't find something from that list...
