4-way switch mod

I'm having a mini-humbucker installed in the neck position of my tele. I was thinking about having the 4 way switch mod done as well (2 pickups in series and parallel). How does this sound with the humbucker? I know with 2 single coils it fattens the sound but with a humbucker and a single coil would that be too muddy?

Any advice or other ideas for mods would be appreciated.

You can find some inspiration in these diagrams (48, 47 and 46)

They provide series and/or parallel wiring with the HB splitted, on a 5-way switch.

If you want to use a 4-way switch, you will need to use a mini-humbucker with a separate wire for the case ground. The original mini-hums had the case connected to the signal ground.
