I want to get a 3-bolt neck plate, with the screws and two metal discs. Does anyone here know where the best place to get these for a decent price would be? Shipping from within Canada would help too, but I'm a little doubtful on that one...

Check Ebay? I just saw a neck tilt kit (screws, both disks, etc) for about $24, and they have quite a few neck plates.

Ebay item: 350305643665 for the micro tilt, neckplates are easy to find almost anywhere...
