latch on ata case wont turn

one of the latches on my anvil ata case has become so hard to turn that it takes two hands ! have any of you had this problem ? and if so what did you do to fix it ?

lube it up with somethin !!sewing oil or somethin of that nature w/d 40.spray it up work it back and forth til its all sweet again.should do the trick.

latch

its not a lube problem! upon closer inspection I can see that where the sides of the latch are folded over and around the part that moves it is to tight, on the other three latches that work fine you can wiggle the part that moves but not on the tight one so I tried to pry up on the folded part to give it some play and it is working better but still isnt as easy as the others but at least I can turn it
