Tele screw sizes list

Does anyone have a Tele screw sizes list that they can post,
like pickguard screws sizes, Bridge plate mounting screw sizes, Neckplate
screw sizes, etc. I had one but I seemed to have misplaced it.

Im actually wanting Bridge mounting screw size this morning.
Its a real bummer gettin' old.

Thanx-
Lonesomedave

Do a good search...there is definitely a screw list in the archives. I've used it often just to check my memory, which is often wrong and needs checking.

1 inch long #6 wood screw with an oval head is the Fender spec for mounting a vintage style Tele bridge. A Sheet metal screw will work equally well, and a flat head instead of an oval head can make it easier to get your 5th and 6th string saddle back closer to the bridge bottom. I like these.

Here's a list I posted a while back. Kingoftheroad's list is more comprehensive than mine.

Anyone know a good cheap source for the slotted #8 1-3/4 stainless oval head neck screws? Ditto slotted #6 1 -1/4 oval head bridge mount screws?

I've bought them from Mr. Bill Callaham, and suppose I may again soon. ( I just end up buying too much other cool stuff at the same time. )

MIM Std Tele 6-saddle modern saddle screw size

i know, this is an old thread.

didn't want to start a new one for this little tidbit of information.

for those who want/need the MIM Std Tele 6-saddle modern saddle screw size (it's so darn easy to lose the things):

Hex Set Screw
Metric
M3
Machine screw
0.50 pitch
6mm length
Uses 1.5mm hex wrench

the intonation screws are also M3 0.50 machine screws, length = 15mm (Low E, A, D, G saddles)and 18mm long (B, high E) and pan head with phillips+slotted drive.

all the other screws (AFAIK) on a MIM Std are SAE/English spec.

Sorry if this has been mentioned above, but I didn't see it. I need to find the right size of allan wrench to adjust the bridge saddle heights on my 2000 US-made standard Tele. I've tried various allan wrench sets, but nothing is small enough.

Also, what size for the tilt adjustment thingy on the back at the neck plate?

Thanks.

Oops. just found this. Should have read through the rest of my search results before I responded.

http://www.tdpri.com/forum/tele-tech...le-height.html

I assume .050 will do the job.
