Kluson Deluxe Question
Howdy All,
I picked these Klusons up at an estate sale, really not knowing how trustworthy they were, but they were cheap so it was worth the gamble. Unfortunately, they are missing a few parts. I am not up on these, but would love to use them on a future project. Can anyone tell me what other parts I would need to install them on a 60's style rosewood (slabboard) neck--probably from allparts or warmoth? I assume some type of bushing? Anything else? Thanks for tolerating my stupid questions!

Well if all the posts, gears, and covers are there, you can buy screws and bushings at Stewart-McDonald. They even sell conversion bushings for 3/8" holes. That should be all you need.

You could have a problem with those tuners if the tuner hole spacing in the neck isn't just right.
