new Rustoleum spray-cans

Hey guys. I just saw a commercial for a new Rustoleum "Universal" spray can. It looks to be pretty interesting, and may be worth trying if the Krylon dilemma never works out. Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of color choices right now, but it is pretty new. Any one else seen these?

Any idea if it is lacquer?
I looked at the MSDS on this paint and it is 30% acetone. I think lacquer is soluable in acetone, so does that mean this is lacquer?
Here's the link to MSDS sheets:

I don't think so. If you look at the MSDS for the new Krylon it also contains around 30% acetone. I seriously doubt any manufacturers of paint are coming out with new lacquer products. If anything, they're moving away from lacquer products. Thank your Enviromental Protection Agency.

I saw a Rustoleum "Specialty" finish that made me curious. It is called "Reflective Finish Spray." It has glass beads in it, to make signs, mailboxes, etc. brighten up in the presence of headlights. I wonder what this would look like as a guitar finish. They make a "Specialty" clear, so I'm guessing it would work just fine to have the color, then the reflective, then clear. I will have to do an experiment, methinks.
