And now I'm just supposed to wait?
OK, 2 cans of ReR clear later, the body is lookin' pretty nice, my neck is at Canada Customs so I'll be gettin' it on Monday.
And I'm supposed to just stare at it on my wall for FOUR WEEKS until I can sand/buff it? This is pure torture! I bolted loosely the eden neck so I could hang it somewhere nobody will touch it (beside my calendar) and next week once the Musikraft neck is cleared I'll put that on but.... four weeks for the clear to harden. that's killer. I gotta go buy something to keep me occupied..... ![]()

Short answer...YES. Waiting for the finish to cure is the really tough part of guitar building. You can (if you really want to) proceed just after a few days... BUT just remember the finish will be soft and prone to being very easily marred, scratched etc. Be patient and you will be very happy with the results.
