There are more than a few ways to add falloff to either the frets or fretboard or both. If yer doing a level and crown, try this - pile on three or four layers of masking tape (3M blue) on top of the 12th fret, lay down yer leveler so the back end lays on the 12th fret and the front end covers the last fret of yer fretboard, take a piece of paper and fold it over yer leveler so that it covers half of the leveler (over the abrasive) and over the masking tape (this prevents the abrasive from touching the tape), level those last frets.
