Hollow body - switch hands

Hey everyone I know this isnt tele related but I very much appreciate your expertise. I have the chance to get an Ibanez artcore AFS75T for a pretty sweet price. My only question in regards to hollow bodys and bigsbys, is can I have this right handed guitar strung left. I understand I would need to get a new nut and have the intonation checked but is there anything extremely awful about my proposal? I think I would take the pickguard off completely or buy one to put on the other side. as for the pick ups, would they need to be rotated? Also the bigsby... would it be in the way to much or could I just remove it ( i dont care too much for it anyway)

Whatcha think?

go for it, personally i think the washburn j-3's are better all around but if you can get it for a good price then do it.
i guess the trem may be a bit awkward but then again playing the whole thing upsidedown must be really awkward.

There's no need to flip the pickups around. There is not a bass and treble side, so to speak, with the pickups.

As far as the Bigsby goes I'd be tempted to just remove the 'handle' and keep the rest of the assembly on the guitar. It will work just fine that way.

You might also consider replacing the spring that sits under the handle with something solid. If you are not going to use the Bigsby anyway that would give you more tuning stability as well.
