I don't understand your question.
If you are asking if you have to buy the guitar, the ashtray cover and the case one by one, then this is not true. The '52 RI Telecaster is always sold complete with all three parts when purchased new.
As far as Customs is concerned (the import tax police), this should be considered a single product item. Does this answer your question? |

Welcome to the TDPRI!
The pictures of your 52 RI are nice - it looks like a beauty. As far as the number of pieces of wood in the body, I've seen them with one, two, and three pieces. I had one that was one piece - it looked nice, but was quite heavy, and it sounded just average. I have also played a 52 RI that was a three-piece that was very light and resonant, and it looked better than the one-piece. My present Tele is a 52 RI type Tele with a custom body and a Fender neck. It is a two-piece that looks and sounds great. I think that Fender tries to put the pieces together so they are very attractive - like your guitar.
Again, welcome aboard! Dean

I'd say tre pezzi
Da quelllo che vedo nelle foto, direi che siano tre pezzi. Con un pezzo centrale, il che è un'ottima cosa. Bella chitarra!
As far as I can see in those photos, I'd say that's a three-pieces body, with a fine centerpiece (that's postive!). Nice guitar!

I agree with FraKo: 3 piece body. A beautiful 3 piece body Telecaster. Nice warm color finish in your photo.
