Help! What's wrong with my tele?
Playing my tele today I realised that when I touch the front pup I get a buzzing sound. I recently replaced the bridge Pup with a Nocaster, but hadn't noticed till now.
Can anyone suggest why & what to do to get rid of this, I tend to touch the front Pup alot when I play and this is pretty annoying now I've heard it. Please help! Ron S |

Did you reverse-wire the pup for some reason? Sounds like you've got the ground wire run to hot and vice-versa. Sometimes you have to do that because of phasing problems with your other pup. If so, you need to switch the cover's ground wire to the other eyelet, as right now it is run to hot.
