Knobs and Nuts?

I've just fitted new pots into my Tele and noticed that the knobs stick up a little, so that the nuts can be seen underneath. I remember seeing a mod someone had done using round slotted nuts to secure the pots, so that the knobs sat lower on the shafts covering the nuts in their recess underneath (if you can picture what I'm talking about!). These slotted nuts needed a special nut driver to spin them, but I can't track these down...

Also, the knob on the pickup switch often flies off when I change pickups - but if I superglue it on, I may never get it off!

To fix the knobs you just need a few washers under the control plate. The switch tip problem is as old as the Telecaster. Here are a few tips on tips.
