nuthin', unfortunately

as a father, Christmas isn't about me anymore. and i like it that way just fine.

besides, i drove the Mrs. nuts for years ordering me pickups, pedals, strings, cases, a Tele one year...

last year we reached a breaking point - i still got her to order me an EH Holy Grail reverb pedal, but it was clear that it would stop there (at least to me).

most of the stuff i want now is just so far off the beaten path that it would start WWIII anyway... i want a pair of Lollar Jazzmaster pickups - i couldn't imagine her ordering them!

but i'm grateful for all the many holidays and birthdays that she did put up with my requests. i've got some nice trinkets to this day that i will cherish forever.

How about some playing skills.
All the effects in the world won't save my ass if I can't play well enough! LOL
Besides, after the new MIM and Classic30, I dont think the woman wants to see more gear floating through the UPS slot
So Santa, all I want for christmas is James Taylors picking fingers and BB Kings imagination !

Not much in the way of gear. I'd be happy for a JC Penny gift certificate this year. However, I just pulled the trigger and sold two guitars so I could buy a Gibby Historic '56 Les Paul with a figured top. It should be here in a couple of weeks.
