Help a Tele guy out with a non Tele question..

Ok so this is Tele Tech, but you have helped me with lots of Tele stuff so I figure you may know this answer. I have e Epi Dot with a tune-o-matic bridge that I bought used. The former owner seems to have had some pretty corrosive sweat as when I went to intonate my low E it was stuck fast with rust and the head of the screw popped off. Will any aftermarket Tune-o-Matics fit or can I just get a new screw and or screw and saddle? I sure like how easy Teles are!

Thanks, I will have a look. I wonder if my local mom-n-pop can get them I would rather give them the buisness, though the times I have dealt with Stew Mac have been great!
