Where to to find Gold Anodized pickguards
Been searching around a bit and I cannot find where to buy a gold anodized tele pickguard. Are there any other styles out there like thinline, deluxe, or custom? I think I would like to get a thinline if possible. I've seen simulated plastic ones but not the real aluminum version.

I don't know what the quality is like, but there are some Eden anodized pg's on eBay for a reasonable price. They're just the standard Tele shape though. There was also a thread here recently which had another brand too, but I forget the name offhand so I'll dig it up.
Edit: Okay, found the link...company called AxeGuards: http://axeguardz.com/ Also want to add that I believe WD sells aluminum looking pg's too: http://www.wdmusic.com/fender_teleca..._13580_ctg.htm Last edited by EunosFD; March 2nd, 2007 at 10:40 AM.. Reason: Added links... |

you could always get a plain chrome one plated for not too much, there should be an outfit in your town or the nearest city, they are usually "geared" twoards automotive uses (pun intended)
