Esquire "cocked-wah" wiring diagram please?

I'm a newbie to THIS forum, so I apologise if this is a redundant post...BUT...I would like a simple, legible wiring diagram that would give me PU with just volume control, or even with all controls bypassed in back position, PU through Volume & tone in middle & PU through volume & "cocked-wah" cap in forward position.
I'd also like to know if the cap values would change & if so, to what values when using a hot humbucker-sized P90. I'm doing a standard & a P90 Esquire & would like to do this to both.
Again, sorry if this is a repeat, but I couldn't find the Esquire mod that everyone keeps referring to.
Thanks so much,
Tony

What sort of bridge setup are you planning on for the P90 Esquire?

I'd love a P90 Esquire, myself... maybe I'll look into piecing one together too :)
