I have noticed that the relief of my RW Allparts strat neck is a bit more on the bass E side. Is it normal for two-pieces, thin profile necks to be slighly warped like that??

Not so unusual.In fact,ideally, it's better to have a little
more relief on the bass side.Bigger strings,bigger
elliptical pattern.Wouldn't worry unless it is very
obviously twisted.
