How is the neck relief? Put a capo on the 1st fret and press down on the 20th fret. How high are the low E and high E strings above the 7th fret? Should be 0.006-0.008". Feeler gauges from an auto parts store are very handy for this:)

You night just need a clockwise tweak of the truss rod, to straighten out the neck a bit. I would be surprised that going from 9 gauge to 10 gauge strings would make a huge difference in the neck relief. Was it high before?

Heavier gauge strings pull harder on the neck. You have to tighten to truss rod to counteract that. Turn it 1/4 turn clockwise and then play it for a few days. If it is still to high, give it another 1/4 turn. It takes time for the neck to adjust to the new strings and truss rod tension, so don't over do it.
