I just bought an F logo B-5 kit for my tele. I'd like to keep the vintage ashtray-style bridge (and notch it).

I've seen many pics of the ashtray setup with the "Bigsby" logo B-5, but very few with the F-logo version. Seems like all the F logo examples I can find are using the 6-saddle kit bridge instead. Is the F logo Bigsby too long or something? Seems like it's got more metal at the base / logo part.

Got any pics of an F-logo B-5 with a 3-saddle / ashtray bridge?

It works, you might have to notch the bridge slightly more, than with the standard B5 unit.

The F-logo bigsby sits closer to the bridge and your break angle is increased... not too big of a deal.
