CUSTOM TELECASTER NECK SPECS?

I have a Telecaster neck that has a Feb. 65 stamp at the heel and jumbo frets with pearl dots. mated to a regular late 60's Tele body (no binding)...The finish (almost certain re-finish) is OVER the decal...which is a Custom Telecaster decal ...and has three number groups ie.from bound body (NOT tele custom). What is the difference..if any between a Custom Tele neck and a regular Tele neck from 1965, other than the decal and the fatter frets??? I'm trying to figure out if I have a regular 1965 tele neck that someone re-finished in the late 70's (I've had it that long) and couldn't find a plain Tele decal...or do I have a genuine Custom Tele neck?? What are the diffs between the two??? THANKS 'OL LOYAL TELE MASTERS!! P.S....The neck has GIBSON KLUSON tuners that appear to have been on it a loooong time. Did Fender ever run out of Regular Klusons and use GIBSON tuners (unlikely I'm sure) they are identical to regulare Klusons, accept they are not open at the top, where you drop the string down into them...they are regular feed the string through type..Thanks agin!!
