Help needed with wiring my Tele for parallel!

Hi, I wonder whether anyone can help me or direct me to a schematic for this, I can't get it to work correctly.

I am using a single coil dimarzio in bridge, my issue is with my Seymour '59 in neck. i am wanting to wire it to my push-pull tone pot to switch from series to parallel. 3 way switch will remain neck/neck-bridge/bridge no matter whether neck is series or parallel, and i am using a Sprague .22 capacitor. I'm using a 250k volume, and 1Meg tone pot.

I have tried to wire it by combining fender's standard telecaster wiring schematic (see attached) although my 3-way switch tabs come off differently. in the diagram, the four tabs on the left side are higher. my switch's tabs are higher on the right side. if that makes sense. so i'm not totally sure how to wire my 3-way either.

so i am using that schematic, with a push-pull pot wiring diagram http://www.guitarnuts.com/wiring/sw3.php (Series/parallel switching (using push/pull on volume or tone)

the bridge pickup seems to be working fine, but the neck ('59) sounds parallel no matter what the push-pull switch is doing, and the middle position on the switch (neck/bridge) is silent, no signal there.

Thanks for any input, I am at a bit of a dead end!
