In black, no I haven't.

There's this:

in white pearloid. Darned expensive to order this just to have a spare for a pattern. I appreciate where you are - who wants to stop playing for 2-4 weeks awaiting the return of a pickguard you cannot play without? Tracings are scary, and what if a portion of the pickguard has gotten lopped off?

The reason people probably want you to send them either your pickguard or at the very least, a tracing, is because they want to ensure that the new one fits. If not being able to play is the issue, just send in a tracing...it's really not that difficult to take the pickguard off and trace it and send it along...

Pickguard Heaven (http://pickguards.us/) has very specific matches for most Fender models.

thanx

thanx everyone, and yes i realize WHY they want my original, its the safe bet being they sound as if they hand make them, but geez i would think fender craftsmanship would be automated enough, being mass produced, that they would be able to get a jig to fit every model uniquely if you suply them with a model #. It sounds like Fender drops the ball on hole locations though if these after market guys need the original. I am not blaming the aftermarket guys, they want it right the first time , i just cant believe a mass produced product requires the original part. thats like having 2 Silverado's and the wheel lugs aren't spaced the same!! Kind of sad if you ask me...

I'm telling you, Pickguard Heaven part #30062, "1990's Te TL '72 Reissue - 2 big HB - Mexico". No need to send a tracing. I've used them. They're good.

You can make your own pickgaurd. You can get very fancy with a template and router, or if you're just making one, you can trace, transfer your hole pattern, cut out, and file and sand the edges.
I get my pickgaurd material from Mcmaster Carr. I buy a material called Garolite XX. It's a black phenolic that's 1/16" thick, and 12" x 12".
It's inexpensive by pickgaurd standards. $4.82 a sheet.

I got this idea from a previous thread from a while back. I didn't think of it on my own. I just can't remember whom to give credit to. JWells comes to mind.
Anyway, hope this helps...
