Are there any online instructions for making a nut from scratch?
I have a LOT of deer antlers from deer that my grandpa hunted. I would like to make a nut or two, and I'd like to use a piece of antler. Are there any online instructions, or a book even, that will show how to cut a blank from a bone or antler?

There are a couple by Dan Erlewine on the Stew-Mac site: Nut Making and Setup and Making a Nut, Step-by-Step.

I use alot of antler for custom knives and youll find out that antler is very pithy. Not that you probably cant use it but once through the "bark" its going to be useless very fast, its not like bone what so ever.
You maybe able to find the bark thick enough for a nut on some but somei doubt you will. If you do one think that helps is to stabilize the antler with ZAP CA. It will harden inside the antler and make it more dense.
