Here's the regular jack

Here's an electrosocket
There is less chance of this one becoming loose for obvious reasons.

If your jack keeps coming loose, as many standard Tele jacks tend to do, then you might wanna consider one. Basically it's a new jack cup that needs two holes drilled to secure it. Once it's in it won't simply come unscrewed like a regular jack. They're inexpensive and rock solid.

If I got another tele I would just put one on right away, and not have to worry about it.

Or another alternative is...

...a milled jack cup from HighTech Tool (http://www.hightechtool.com/guitar/) as these look a liitle better in my opinion.

Here's a comparison:

Same guitar, different jack cups.

I use the electrosockets on everything I put together

I've used them on two teles and a strat so far. I've got two other Teles and a Strat in the works and they'll both be getting electrosockets too. They don't look vintage but I don't care because they are just so darn secure.

I use them on everything I can. If it has a 7/8" hole for the jack i use an Electrosocket.
