300K Potentiometers ?

Hey all,

I have been looking at 300k pots and was just wondering if anyone out there is using 300k pots on single coils or humbuckers and what your experience has been. Do you like em or hate em?

Yamaha used 300K pots on their Pacifica S/S/H guitars.
I tried a pair of 300K CTS pots on a DIY guitar with a SC neck & HB bridge pups.
Seems to be a reasonable compromise, since SC pups like 250 K pots & HB pups like 500K pots.
