problems with tensor - Help!!

Hi everybody

I´m having some trouble lately after send the guitar to change the pickups , and after a pro set up ....

The nut is new and was well done, and the height is ok ...

The guitar after changed the pickups, was with buzz around the 12Th, 15th frets, so I turn a little bit to the left the truss rod (american series 03). No matter what I do or what I did ( and I did everything, to the left, and to the right, 1/4 turn each time , wait some days, check the gap between, 7th and 8 th frets ... then I send again to the Luthier ...

now the problem still continious, and the truss rod that was very easy to adjust is very hard now to turn, now I don´t know how to solve that ...

The gap around the 7th fret is less than 1 mmm, and the guitar still has a buzz only in the hi E, around 10 th, 12 th.

What to do now ? Is this always happen?
Thanks , Paulo
